Termini di utilizzo

Ultimo aggiornamento: 26 ottobre 2026

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and CUBIXSOL LIMITED ("we", "us"), the company that makes Woolhive. By creating an account or using the Woolhive app or woolhive.com, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy and community guidelines.

Your account

  • You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian first.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You can use many lessons without an account. Saving, posting and buying need one.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Settings → Delete my account) or at woolhive.com/delete-account.

Woolhive Premium

  • Premium unlocks extra lessons, patterns, courses and tools. What is included is shown in the app before you buy.
  • Bought in the App Store or Google Play: the payment, renewal, cancelling and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. The subscription renews by itself until you cancel it in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Bought on the website: the payment is handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time on the website under Account; Premium then stays until the end of the period you paid for.
  • Free trials: if a plan has a free trial, it turns into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
  • Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a store subscription. Please cancel it in the store.
  • Prices can change. A new price only applies from your next period, and the store or we will tell you first.

Cancelling and refunds

  • You can cancel any plan (Essential, Pro, monthly, yearly or any other) at any time.
  • We do not give refunds for a plan you cancel part-way through. For example, if you buy a monthly plan and cancel it after 10 days, the payment is not refunded.
  • Your plan stays on until the end of the period you have already paid for (the current month for a monthly plan, the current year for a yearly plan). It then ends and you are not charged again.
  • The same rule applies to yearly plans and every other plan.
  • Bought in the App Store or Google Play: Apple or Google take the payment, so any refund request is decided by them under their own rules.

Full details: Refund policy.

Buying patterns

  • A bought pattern is yours to use for your own making, as long as Woolhive offers it. Patterns bought in the App Store or Google Play follow the store's refund rules.
  • Patterns are for personal use. Please do not copy, share or sell the pattern itself. Selling things you made from a pattern is fine unless the pattern says otherwise.

What you share

  • You keep the rights to the photos, posts, messages and designs you share. You give us permission to store and show them in Woolhive so others can see them, and to make small copies (like thumbnails). This permission ends when you delete them or your account.
  • Only share things you made yourself or have the right to share, and give credit to designers.
  • Be kind. No bullying, hate, spam, adult content or anything illegal. We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or our community guidelines.
  • Designers who submit patterns to sell in Woolhive agree to the extra designer terms shown when they submit.

The AI helper

Some tools (like "Fix my crochet" and the stitch scanner) use AI to give tips. The answers are helpful guesses and can be wrong, so please check them against the pattern.

Our content

The lessons, step pictures, videos, patterns, texts and the app itself belong to us or to the designers who made them. You may use them for your own learning and making, but not copy or publish them elsewhere without permission.

If something goes wrong

  • We work hard to keep Woolhive running and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law does not allow it, for example for death or injury caused by our negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
  • Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that we could not foresee, and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when Woolhive changes or the law requires it. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app or by e-mail before it starts.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in another country, you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
